Club History
Clermont Foot 63 were only founded in 1990 making them one of the youngest clubs in French professional football. Based in the volcanic Auvergne region, the club earned their first ever promotion to Ligue 1 in 2021. Despite limited resources and one of the smallest stadiums in the top flight, Clermont have competed bravely against France's established clubs.
