Club History
Fulham Football Club was founded in 1879, making them one of the oldest professional clubs in London. The club spent much of their history as a yo-yo club between divisions, but their picturesque Craven Cottage ground on the banks of the River Thames has always been one of football's most iconic venues. Mohamed Al-Fayed's ownership from 1997 brought the club to the Premier League and a memorable run to the 2010 Europa League final. Under Marco Silva, Fulham have established themselves as a stable Premier League side playing attractive football.
