Le Havre AC were founded in 1872 and are the oldest football club in France. The club has a legendary academy that has produced some of the greatest French footballers of all time. Despite rarely competing at the highest level of French football, Le Havre's contribution to the development of French football talent is unmatched by any club in the country.
